Rated 1 out of 5 by elamma from Broken as soon as I got home I was excited to get this one because it had the best ratings as compared to other coolers. After almost 30 minutes of waiting for the team member to get it from the back room, I go home to plug it in and it's sprinkling water everywhere. I have to send it to Avalon to get a replacement which is more of my time I have to waste than I already have. I just want to drink some water. Definitely disappointed because I went out of my way to get the one cooler that seemed to be the most functional on the website and it was already broken to the point that I have to replace it. Will update review when I get a functioning one.

I contacted customer support on the phone, the wait was very short, the person helping me was incredibly nice and helpful. I tried to do the fixes she recommended but it didn't work. Immediately she said they would send me a new dispenser. I got an email an hour later that it had shipped and it arrived the next day. They then followed up to make sure I received it and that it worked. I was blown away by their fantastic customer support, I have to say this is probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had any company. Fantastic job.

I have hot or cold water at my fingertips the water bottle is housed in its own cabinet. From a visual standpoint this is very nice. At my place of business I can now set up my own beverage station (coffee tea hot chocolate or chai) and when it comes to instant foods that require hot water such as noodles hot cereal soups it is definitely convenient. The hot water dispenser button has an extra safety mechanism to prevent scalding with a simple slide to the left then a push downward to release hot water (wonderful). I will enjoy this dispenser for years to come thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the first day after purchase and as soon as the unit was plugged in, the fan made a light rattling noise and would do so every time the condenser kicked on. However, the hot was burning hot, the cold was ice cold, and room temp was room temp. PERFECT! On the second day after purchase, the compressor/fan completely stopped working. Zero cold water. Kinda don’t want a water “cooler” with what is now...hot is still burning hot, cold is now room temp, and room temp is still room temp. An beautiful “cooler” I specifically selected and bought just for the burning hot and ice cold water. Owned this “cooler” for 2 DAYS and LOVED it for 2 DAYS...the only reason I gave it 2 stars. I’m so sad and disappointed. *Sigh*

Our Avalon water cooler is as good as it gets- very easy to set up; the 3 temperature buttons are ideally located on the top; water is just the right temperature for all 3 settings. The empty bottle indicator light is very helpful. We are very, very pleased with this water cooler!

It’s ease and convenience has everyone in the family drinking more water. The hot has been VERY convenient for making tea and hot chocolate.
