The 14-in steel auger makes move fast and efficiently through snow a breeze and skid shoes make it easy to use on unpaved surfaces. It features a self-propelled drive with 6 forward and 2 reverse speeds and auto-turn steering gives you precise, effortless control and versatility in winter conditions. As for the crank chute control with 200° rotation, it allows you to adjust discharge direction without stopping allowing you to save much time. In-dash headlights provide visibility in low-light conditions, and heated handles ensure warmth and comfort while working. Dual-handle interlock system maintains operator safety while allowing for easy chute and speed adjustments.

Wont move in the cold
Bought 5his blower 1 month back. Worked wonderful for the first 3 times. When i needed it most, yesterday, with drifts and snow in the drive i started it up and it wouldnt move forward or back. Nothing. Impeller was working but no drive so i hired a guy to get me out of the garage with his tractor at 200 per hour. The weather was very cold in mt, below zero, but if this 1900.oo blower wont work in the cold why have it. I went from proud to extremely disappointed in this brand new machine.

Ariens Good Unit....but over priced
I bought this unit 4 years ago...still working like a champ...the only thing made cheep on this thing i find is the carburator. the butterfly stem broke in half the first year i had it. waited over a month for waranty service work at Forest and Lawn. They told me the part was back order. (waranty is only as good as the company working on it). Waited over a month for waranty work. This year 2023 my stem broke again and fixed it my self ordered a carb online for 60 bucks( wingsmoto carb part # 200001382 made for Ariens 30") . I got it in 2 days and fixed the same day. other than that its a Good machine. considering the troubled parts though, its a very pricy unit. bought this 4 years ago for 1699.00

This machine tackled the snow without a problem, From wet heavy to light, I was highly impressed with the performance.
