Buyer beware
I tried submitting a review of this about 2 months ago and it never appeared. I'll try again.
I actually had to do a double take after reading the review by Tunasteak as it is virtually identical to what happened to me.
I bought this brand new for Rona in January 2023. Used it for maybe a total of 1 hour. I always add lots of Seafoam.
In early November I pulled it out all proud of my nice new machine, plugged it in for over 24 hours, light was green and
guess what? Not even a hint of firing. Looked on line to troubleshoot and I too thought it might be a faulty fuel pump.
Called Ariens and they said take it in to a registered service center. Had to haul it in. Turns out it was a faulty spark plug.
**However** because they machine sat and apparently the battery had worn down from being tried to start so much they
blamed me for have a low battery... The fact that the spark plug was faulty and would be impossible to start regardless
did not matter to Ariens. They took the opportunity and denied my warranty claim. Buyer beware.

Deluxe 30 w/ EFI
Used once in 18" of light snow. Worked well. Only complaint is the way you have to hook up the battery charger: that is by unplugging a connector in the wiring harness from under the control panel vs. a robust design that will hold up to years of use. This current design is cheap. I would prefer the battery charger plug into a socket on the control panel instead. If Ariens improves their design of this circuit, I hope they offer a retrofit kit for older models (and it should be free as current design doesn't reflect Arien's stated goals of providing cutting edge technology).

Amazing
I really don't know what to say except it's an AMAZING MACHINE . I am sixty four years old and I have never seen or heard of a snowblower that starts with one slight pull , even at -25 degrees -50 wind chill . I would never attempt to start my old snowblower with the cord , always used the electric start and even that was difficult . I would be wore out before I got it out of the garage . Now I pray for snow so I can go just to see this thing start with ONE pull . I am truly totally amazed by this snowblower . Great job to those who design and build the worlds best snowblower . Fist pumps to everyone of you . Thank you so much . You all take care and keep up the good work .

Mr
I've been looking for good snow blower for a while. I have checked all reviews with positive and negative comments. Came a cross Arians product. Watched a lot of clip about this snow blower which intrest me a lot.i purchused this unit few months ago. Since then we had 2 big storms and few smaller snow fall.this machine handled what was outside on my driveways. I have just about 5000sf snow to remove. With my old machine took me about 3 hours and with my Arieans it's less then an hour. I am not sure what's all the fuses about this machine and negative reviews. Starts right away and very powerful unit. I've used it in a tough environment and every time it came trugh. Very happy with my perchuse. The only hard time I had with this unit was first I had to put it tigther which I got help from a vedio clip from Ariean site. I recommend this unit if you have have snow and lots of storms.

Deluxe 30 EFI
The old blower Dad bought in 1995 was getting tired. So after weeks of research a shopping we purchased the Deluxe 30 with EFI. Wow, what a machine, turn the key, and 1 pull starting. How fantastic is that, tried the electric start feature once to make sure it worked. Even the wife uses the pull start feature. And this winter of 2022/2023 in Northern Wisconsin has provided plenty of snow. We can probably cancel the plow service now!
