The washable air filter enables continued use and is easy to clean. It features three fan speeds to adjust the cooling level. Sold with a remote control, it comes with a 1 year warranty.

Filtre du climatiseur comment l'enlever il n'y a aucune information pour l'enlever par en avant
Bonjour Monia, pour enlever et nettoyer le filtre:
- poussez la poignée de ventilation en position " Ventilation fermée " (le cas échéant).
- Ouvrez le panneau avant.Prenez le filtre par le centre et tirez vers le haut et vers l'extérieur.
- Lavez le filtre en utilisant un détergent liquide pour lave-vaisselle et de l'eau chaude.
- Rincez soigneusement le filtre.
- Secouez doucement l'excès d'eau du filtre.
- Assurez-vous que le filtre est bien sec avant de le remettre en place.
- Au lieu de laver le filtre, vous pouvez aussi le nettoyer à l'aspirateur.

Works great
I bought this unit 2 days ago during a heat wave and have had no issues with cooling down a 450 sq ft area. I'm hoping it'll hold for a nice long long run, time will tell.

No such thing as customer service w this!
Works fine with exception of the remote which doesn’t. Tried at least 7 or 8 times to contact customer service at number in owner‘s manual with no success! most of the time all you get is a message in French only! Remote doesn’t work from out of the box! Even tried another battery than one it came with. Remote feature was part of the $400 price I paid. I had a knowledgeable person do the install.

Refroidit moins qu'un 5000 BTU
J'ai acheté ce climatiseur l'an dernier pour un appartement de 2 et demi de moins de 450 pieds carrés. Il n'a jamais réussi à abaisser la température en bas de 25 degrés malgré réglage maximal. Cette année, j'ai acheté un 5000 BTU d'une autre marque qui m'a donné le même résultat. Bien sûr, 5000 BTU n'est pas suffisant, cela convient à une seule pièce. J'ai donc ajouté ce climatiseur comme deuxième climatiseur pour un très petit appartement. 10 000 BTU additionnel à mon 5000 et la température la plus froide que j'ai obtenu après 24 heures est 24.7 ! De plus, pas de réponse au service à la clientèle. Après longue attente en ligne, appel transféré sur une boite vocale. Artic King pour moi, c'est plus jamais. Ce climatiseur a servi une seule saison, je dois me résigner à en acheter un autre, Mauvais produit, mauvais service.
