Rated 4 out of 5 by AriP from Great looking faucet! I bought this over a month ago and had lots of service issues. The water coming out of the spout was only about 1" high. I also noticed water coming out of the rim fill at the same time as spout when diverter Turn all the way to direct water through spout. American Standard sent over 2 new diverter valves and in both cases we had the same issue. After essentially screaming at customer service they agreed to send over a tech yesterday. The tech saw the issue and tried a new spout, voila problem solved. Turns out the valve was never the issue but that the tech has encountered this issue before that the factory is packaging a regular faucet low flow spray head with the bidet faucet incorrectly. It would have saved ever Lots of time and money if they would filter calls through techs! The spout spray now shoots we'll over 12" high.

Rated 4 out of 5 by paul 40 from Nice design I recently installed the above bidet faucet and have two comments. 1. step 2 tells you to connect spray hose. When you get to step 6-tightening the drain, the spray hose is in the way. I had to disconnect hose to fully access the drain. 2. Hose coupling 028704-0070A is too flimsy. When you loop to connect, the hose kinks. The hose should be stronger and an inch or two longer, like the spray hose in step 2. I had to reinforce the loop for the spray to work. Other than these items, I am well satisfied with the product and hope the hoses don't continue to kink.
