1. What kind of grout sealer is best for wet areas with these tiles. I used these tiles on the walls of my shower/tub room. looks amazing! 2. Has anyone used a black grout with these tiles? If so, how did you like it?
We did the whole upstairs floor with these porcelain planks. We spaced 1/8th gap with grey grout.Grey grout more less blends with the planks. If I was to do it all over again I would have used black grout. Black grout would have made it "POP".

My question is. On your web site, the picture for tile #553878. Natural timber Ash shows the with what appears to be no grout between the tiles. Is this the case or does there have to be grout between the tiles.
We went with grout line although you don’t have to. But the tile has a little flex in them being 48” long and so if lay them flat you can see they do cup/bow we used spacers with adjustable plastic wedges so that you can adjust and level. Hence the grout line

How would these tiles work on stairs? I'm redoing my entryway and stairs but not sure how these would work since they're much longer than the average tile and the width is not wide enough to cover the run on the steps. Any input greatly appreciated, thx!
I have done both my kitchen and entryway including stairs with this tile. I used two tiles on each step one full width and cut the second tile to size, works and looks great. These are very resilient tiles, I have had in the kitchen for several years with in floor heating installed. No chips or cracks, and we have certainly dropped several heavy and hard objects on them.

I want to cover 900 sq feet with these tiles. How may boxes would I need?
8 / 12 x 4 = square feet a tile covers 900 / square feet a tile covers = how many tiles you need / how many tiles in a box = how many boxes you need

for quantity ordered, Am I ordering 1 tile or 1 Box with 4 tiles in it??
Hey.
There’s four tiles per box from what I remember. Go by square footage and you won’t go wrong.

Floors are fantastic
We used these tiles on our main floor entry way. We have a side split so it is foyer, back room, bathroom and closet area. Everyone who walks into our house loves these floors. We are absolutely pleased with the result. My main suggestion is to get a professional to install these floors. My husband has a lot of experience in home renovations and he even hired someone else to do this. They are very difficult to install because of the length and width. Worth the money to do it right. If you are thinking of purchasing this tile - it is also worth it to wait until it goes on sale :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS TILE!!
I bought this tile to do the walls surrounding my tub/shower. I even built in a wall niche on the one end. After grouting I sealed all the edges and corners with a clear silicone for adding protection. That was two years ago. No issues. I also did the bathroom floor as well as the opposing wall behind the washer and dryer. I couldn’t be more pleased!! I went through 21 individual tiles before finding any duplicates which I thought was amazing! Adds to the realistic look when every tile is different.
Note: these are porcelain tiles. Therefore very difficult to drill into for water lines etc. Only a diamond bit will do it, plus plenty of water.
I’ve had nothing but compliments on these tiles. People have to actually touch them to know they aren’t really wood. I would definitely recommend using them. In fact I’m going to use them again in my upstairs bathroom really soon!
P.S. I installed all of this myself. I’m no pro. I had no issues. They went up great!

Very pretty natural look
This tile is very pretty, good quality and easy to install. We're really happy with natural wood look and feel. The cons and the reason for 4 stars: it has quite a lot of chipped/ damage pieces per batch. We bought 1.5 pallets of it to cover 800 sqft area and ended up returning and exchanging about 15% due to damage. It seems that the packaging and maybe handling at the store warehouse are poor.

Couldn't Love this Flooring more!
We purchased ~1000 sqft of this flooring to redo the main level of our house and it looks absolutely fantastic. It really looks like wood. The tiles have a lovely texture and a strong variety of patterns.
