I just purchased this product and found it doesn’t give cold water only hot. If I reverse the lines then I get hot. Looks like the valve is faulty??

Installed with no issues but after realizing that the magnet loop to hold the faucet in was facing the front I knew it was just a mater of time before I got sprayed. Now at least once a day it pops off and gets the counter, me, floor wet. Other than that issue it would be great. I wish there was a piece they could send us to go over the front facing piece to make it hook behind which would keep it from flying off. Great price but not worth the aggravation.

After two weeks we noticed that the spout/hose kept popping of the holder and spraying whoever was in front of the sink, also shot water on the floor. Secondly the plastic clip on the spout holder kept popping out and into the sink. Thirdly now fed up with this faucet, hot water stopped working. Support appears to be inexistant. Finally replaced it with a more expensive but better supported brand. Not this faucet recommended even on sale. Rona store and staff where very helpful and courteous, recommend the store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Caroline 1005 from Pas de qualité du tout J’ai acheté cet article il y a moi s de 3 mois Premièrement l’aiment tien à peine l’embout Si vous accrocher il l’a be et vous mouille 2 eme le bouton pour le jet et la pluie est brisé en peu de temps il ne tient plus 3 il y a quelque chose de brisé à l’intérieur Le jet d’eau est super faible - et on a échanger l’eau chaude et l’eau froide Le problème est quand la poignée est vers l’arrière Ce n’est à cube y la pression

It fits in the faucet but touch it and it falls out and sprays everything. I’ve had this faucet for eight days and every time I go to turn the water on I dread it. I do not recommend this product I had it installed by a plumber, so it’s installed properly I just don’t like it.
