Are the cushions covers with zippers so they can be removed and washed? Can I see a picture of the chairs and sofa without the cushions. I want to see waht the bottom is made of. Can I buy additional cushions for the set at the same time?

Rated 4 out of 5 by RobertoA from Overall okay Furniture comes in one big box and will not fit thru condo size front door so you need to unpack the box first. Furniture is quite sturdy but is time consuming to put together - much longer than the 1 hour they claim in the instructions. Some of the metal connection welds would not line up so I had to put the couch together without all bolts in place. They would just not line up. Overall good furniture for the price once you get apst these frustrations

Rated 3 out of 5 by Gadgitz from Poor quality control Assembly time was not that bad, took approx 90 minutes for 1 person to put the set together however that is not to say there were no issues. From the factory, on one side of the table the brackets were welded on backwards. The bolts to be used were too short and I had not choice but to go back to the store and have them swap out the table top. The bolts are very soft metal and they strip easily, so take your time if you are using an electric screwdriver. Using a drill driver and a #4 hex bit certainly speeds up the build process. There were horrible welds in several areas where the feet get mounted. This resulted in a very uneven chair. After grinding down the welds and touching them up with spray paint the chairs sit level. Giving this set 3 out of 5 as there shouldn't be these sort of issues with a +$1000 set.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Brits5 from Difficult to set up, but nice set We purchased this set and had difficulty setting it up as the holes did not align. We had to use a 2x4 and clamps to make it work. We would absolutely not have been able to get everything to align otherwise. Took about 2 hours with 2 people (one of which is a very skilled handyman/construction worker). Each chair comes in about 4 pieces only (plus each leg) so it isn't a lot of pieces either. I do like the look of the set and it is sturdy. The back cushions are plush and comfortable, and the bottom cushions are more stiff, less pillow-y (which is good for us). The armrests are a good width and the chairs aren't too low (my spouse is 6'3", I am 5'6" and it was comfortable for both of us). The chairs are deep and wide and even the loveseat fits 2 people very comfortably (without touching the person next to you). Delivery was great, and the updates about the delivery was nice to have. All in all I would re-purchase but beware you may have to come up with solutions for putting it together. Luckily you only have to put it together once!

Rated 4 out of 5 by imp271 from Not horrible to put together This set isn't that bad to put together - Like anything of this nature, get everything bolted together very loosely to allow for alignment everywhere, and then tighten everything down. No issues. The one caveat - I had to tap at least 6-8 holes where the nuts are welded to the frame. The inside threads were distorted just enough (from the welding I assume) that threading in the bolts was difficult and would very likely strip the threads or the hex head. Quickly running an M6x1 tap in the threads to clean them back up solved it entirely.

The furniture itself was a pain to out together hiles didnt line up took some time and know how to get every bolt in place aside from that furniture is great

Rated 3 out of 5 by stevex from Nice set - assembly is brutal! It took my husband and I approximately 3 hours to put the whole set together. Many of the holes did not line up no matter what we tried. The coffee table is a nightmare to assemble and ours is still wonky despite going out to purchase more bolts/screws. There is a metal bar across where you need to insert a bolt - making it impossible to tighten.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Pager from Great set but horrible assembly Love the set but if you don’t have pry bars, clamps or some kind of leverage and a whole new level of patience walk away , the fit and finish is atrocious and whoever does the quality control should likely find another job engineering how ice cream fits in a cone Should have read these reviews I suppose
