How much is the height of the poles that will go stand in all 4 corners. I want to put it on my deck, roof gutters are around 7.5 ft high, so wanted to check if the pole will stamd underneath or not?

Will this collapse due to snow on top if left out in winter?

Hi, this is a soft-top gazebo, so we suggest you take off the canopy if you left it out in winter, this can extend the lifetime of the gazebo. Hope this can help you.

Are the connecters that connect cross beams suppose to be on the inside of the gazebo or outside of the gazebo? Having a hard time hanging the curtains and I have a feeling they’re on the wrong side.

Where can I get replacement parts? Our roof collapsed during an early season snowstorm. The main poles, lateral support struts, and side netting/material are still good, but I need an entirely new roof with poles and canopy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SummerSeeker from Awesome! Easy instructions & setup. Albeit it does take about 4 hours. My son helped me for 5 minutes to hold the poles so I could attach the frame to them. This is a quality product. My last gazebo roof lasted 4 years. It wasn't worth replacing the root because it was too small for my needs. This is a perfect size. A true 10x12 foot living area. The hook in the roof is awesome. It can support 50 Ibs... good for a chandelier. The mosquito netting and solid curtain provide great options for dynamic insect protection and privacy. I secured the poles into cement with 16 Tapcon screws. Too early to tell what the long term quality will be but so far very impressed with everything. (Got it on sale for 20% off)

Rated 5 out of 5 by rollingesto from Adding to previous review After thinking about it for a while we partially dismantled the frame and determined that our issue was that the main connector labelling wasn't quite right - we spun it 90' reassembled and now it all fits together just fine & looks great! This was purchased to replace a dining tent up north, we'll be happy if we get a couple years out of it for the price.

Il résiste bien au mauvais temps et aux orages, même si j'ai appliqué un aérosol pour le soleil et l'humitdité. Par contre il y avait une petit pièce de métal qui était plus long que prévu.
