Leaking from control valve after 6 months
We bought the Alfi shower column through Lowe’s on-line. After 6 months of use the cartridge started leaking. Tried tightening and that didn’t help. Contacted customer service at Lowe’s. Because we bought it on line Lowe’s customer service can not help us and directed us to Alfi Brand website. Submitted customer service request over 3 weeks ago and no response. Alfi wasn’t a brand we knew but thought it was fine as Lowe’s would back it up. Unfortunately, as we have now found out, Lowe’s does not back up the products they sell on line. Won’t make that mistake again.

Good product, terrible packaging
The shower set up that came was good. Seems like good quality. But the packaging was pathetic. For one shower shower panel it had enough styrofoam to literally fill a very large garbage can. Clearly, zero concern shown for current environmental concerns.
