Description
This Akuaplus® 6-setting magnetic combo shower head will add a modern touch to your home decor. This shower head features a matte black finish, a push button hand shower, a 7-inch shower head, durable and heavy-duty silica gel spouts for easy lime deposit removal and a flexible 59-inch double interlocking stainless steel hose with brass fitting. Inner hose and washer made of EPDM (lead-free). Shower arm included. cUPC certified.

Started leaking from the back after 1.5 years
Can't say much other than it fell apart and started leaking from the back after 1.5 years of light usage. Tried reaching out to Lowes but unfortunately this item has a 1 year warranty so I couldn't do much. I would not recommend given the low built quality and lack of support.

Overpriced
Not worth the price. With the design if it, I think a redesign should be done and do away with outside ring. With the ring very little pressure unless you remove hand want so on it’s own. As I’ve used this can’t return, if u was able too I would.

Some good, some bad.
Looks amazing works great. Durability may become a issue. It has a plastic clip that the hand shower needs to hook into that can easily break. The magnet is not very strong as you need to clip the hand shower in that plastic to make it stay then the magnet holds it. Doesn't make sense because the whole point of the magnet should be to attract the hand shower to be put back in place if you had soap on your face and can't open your eyes. Another flaw is that when you pull the hand shower off the ring shower stops working and only activates again after you clip the hand shower back so if your looking for dual action this isn't the unit for you. Lastly I find that the shower still drips a lot for several seconds after being turned off. Overall: Pros= looks, Cons = functionality and build quality.

Does not work as described
Upon installation, the outer ring jets do not work and the one button on the handheld portion only changes the pattern of water being emitted from the hand shower. There are no buttons anywhere else on the unit to understand how the water is supposed to be switched to the outer ring. Instructions are very vague and do not describe this either making this is a very useless unit. I have tried contacting the company's customer service for assistance and they've never responded.

Amazing Showerhead
This showerhead projected the water similar to rain. It looks great. Definitely recommend it.
