Rated 5 out of 5 by fredgarvin from Great Product - Zero Availability I've been rotating the same 4 or 5 N95 masks for MONTHS when I used to use maybe two per WEEK! When are companies like 3M going to start producing enough masks so they can be prioritized for workers on the front lines of building and remodeling your houses and offices and not just those on the front lines fighting Covid-19 wherever that is happening. Please watch for mesothelioma and other respiratory illness to spike once this whole Covid-19 thing is over OR start making enough masks to go around PLEASE.

Please also consider the 3M 8210V for the general public— I gave the 8210V to my sister caring for 3 Covid-19 family members in their home. After 10 days she went back to her home Covid free. (I’m a nurse do I was able to buy from a medical supply company) The general public wants more access to NIOSH approved N95s. But great start Lowe’s!!

Because they are valved masks that allow the wearer to exhale freely, I wear a surgical mask on top of this mask. I have found that arrangement to be very comfortable and easy, and it keeps from rubbing on my nose and mouth and allows free air flow. Great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Levente from New Design is Very Uncomfortable 3M seems to have changed it design of these respirators with thinner bands, and these bands quickly roll into a narrow band that cuts into the back of the neck. And there is no way to straighten out these bands. Highly uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that 3M would prioritize saving costs on materials over effective design.

It’s comfortable, but most importantly, it protects your health from the environment. I recommend this to my wife when the nor cal fire happen and she felt much safer with this mask than with any other.
