Description

Fast acting "30 Seconds" concentrated outdoor cleaner effectively restores a clean, new appearance to virtually all outdoor surfaces including wood decks, concrete driveways, brick walls, vinyl siding and more. The biodegradable outdoor cleaner quickly removes stains from algae, moss, mould and mildew without the need for a pressure washer. This outdoor cleaner is also ideal for prepping wood surfaces for painting and staining. Once mixed, simply spray on and hose off. This formula mixes 1:1 with water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RodD from Worked very well We had neglected off-white stucco wall around our back deck way too long - had become definite gray (& very dark gray, almost black when wet; Even had bits of actual moss in some stucco cavities (which I hand-scraped off/dug out) ). The 30 seconds solution took 3 attempts, but did get it back to original colour - this was pretty amazing - it was baked in so badly. PS: On round 2 I tried full strength but didn't seem much better than diluted 1:1. So for the remainder I stuck with 1:1 ratio, but left it > 15 minutes, keeping it wet, plus used a scrub brush on the worst areas, which definitely helped. This has got to be close to a worst-case scenario and it still did the job. I'll never neglect it this long again - would easily just need a single application for light jobs and if smoother surface. See photo: right side: untreated; left side one application (needs 2nd to get it completely clean if fussy).

I preferred to use Olympic deck cleaner which I have used in the past with excellent results but it was unavailable in my local stores so I read reviews on the 30 Second deck cleaner concentrate and chose it based on the reviews. I mixed 2 parts of water one part of concentrate and waited a little longer to rinse per instructions and was disappointed in the results. It released some of the algae but struggled to do so. I even resorted to using my small psi power washer to rinse it and although it helped a little the end results were not even close to what I had in the past with my Olympic product. I still have quite a bit left so will likely try it again in case it was something I did wrong and will use it at a 1 to 1 ratio next time. Overall it worked somewhat but not to my expectation.
