The Energizer(R) "2450" Lithium Coin Battery delivers superior, long-lasting power. This specialty battery holds power for eight years when stored. As coin lithium batters are not interchangeable, use the battery cell designated by the device manufacturer.

The last battery last for 5 years and had just died when I received this one (the old one had no name on the battery just the size). when I placed the this battery in closed up the device and turned it on it was like new. I think anyone needing this size replacement battery will be very happy. I would recommend this as a replacement whenever this size battery is needed. I will also used similar batteries like this for others items of a different size for other devices.

The copper top brand is good too, but these have the edge. I’ve used many brands over the years, including buying the cheaper off-brands from those auction sites, but now I only use Energizer lithiums. For a few cents or dollars more, you get rewarded with a battery that lasts a long time and you save the hassle of having to change batteries as often. This is paramount, because some items that you replace batteries in, like a key FOB, can be difficult to open, and having to pry the device open to reach the battery can cause damage. This particular battery, the Energizer 2450, is approx. 3/16” thick, by just under 15/16” wide as you can see in my photos. You can’t go wrong with purchasing this battery or any other Energizer lithium.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Drfterb25 from long lasting This is a replacement battery from my garage door smart receiver. I was using Panasonic and it only lasted a couple of months. Secured packaging, need to use scissors. FYI parents kindly dispose of the used batteries to prevent child accidental ingestion. I hope Energizer can catch up with Duracell where there is a foul coating on the battery to prevent kids from accidental ingestion. I would recommend this product.
