"Powertrim" Pneumatic Finishing Nailer is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product I'm a carpenter for 8 years, I've been using this gun daily for a month now - installing trim, assembling built-ins, general carpentry tasks. The fit and finish of this gun is exactly what you would expect from Paslode, quality and built to last. I was concerned, at first, that the angled handle would bother me, but in fact it's quite comfortable in the hand, well balanced and easy to wield for long periods without fatigue. The function is fantastic. Sinks nails nicely into Oak, with a crisp decisive trigger, and a satisfying sound. I would rate this gun 4.5/5 if I could. The reason it doesn't get full marks - Two things 1) The tool-less jam clearing isn't quite tool-less. The lever is quite stiff, mine requires something to pry the lever up. Hopefully this will break in over time and become easier. I should note that it hasn't actually jammed yet. 2)You can't close the magazine without depressing the lever. Not really a deal breaker, something I'll get used to, but a personally nuisance none the less as I like to palm slap the magazine closed.
