Description

The Avalon propane gas powered fire pit will be the highlight of your party. Utilizing a 20-lb propane tank that neatly tucks away underneath the unit, it gives off 40,000 BTU's of heat, so all of your guests will be warm and toasty. The piezo ignition will light the burner with just the turn of a knob and with the variable flame control, you can decide how high you want the flame to go. Then, just sit back and relax, while watching the amber glass rocks glow and reflect the fire light. Done with the fire for a while? The accompanying lid converts the Mocha fire table into an occasional table. Made of sturdy steel and a stainless steel burner, the Avalon fire pit is sure to last for years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by momoftwo from Beautiful Centerpiece for any yard This fire pit is beautiful! It is a high quality, very well made product and much bigger than I was anticipating! It would be perfect for the middle of a large sitting area on a deck or out in your lawn. The fully assembled item is 38"x38"x28.5" high. The rock/fire area is 19"x19" with a 9 1/2" boarder all around it (the rocks comes with it). It has two doors that open so that you can put your propane tank right in so it's perfectly hidden. It also has a frame on the inside bottom that the propane tank sits on so it is up off of the ground.It is easy to use, you simply press and turn the knob underneath to start the fire and then can adjust the flame higher or lower by turning the knob from left to right. It is a dark brown metal and the surface is very smooth. When the flame is set to the highest setting it gives off pretty good heat. It is really heavy, you need two strong people to move it, and once you find your spot for it I don't think you are going to want to keep moving it. Might have been nice to have lockable wheels on the bottom (like a grill) so that at least it could be moved easily if it was on a level surface. We are super excited to put this beautiful fire pit to use on a cool summer night when we are relaxing outside!

Rated 5 out of 5 by John434 from Great Firepit! This firepit was easy to assemble. Just take your time when you have to lay it flat and line up the corners. I wish it had rollers so it could be moved around. Puts out allot of heat which can be adjusted and looks great!

I am not mechanically inclined and had it assembled in two hours. Looks great on our deck and have spent hours enjoying the ambience provided by this product.
