Porcelein Touch Up...
This product from RONA (a.k.a. Lowes) and otther big box stores seemes virtually unchanged in forty years or more. I remember my grandmother demonstrating to me how to "dip and dab" with the white liquid and the little black brush. It still works pretty good, but always be mindful of a "color match" with the white. The Maytag and G.E. whites are not the same. And dabbing is the way to go...and more effective for use on divits and gouges. Touch up does not really work for scratches. I wonder if there was a little wider brush with thinner bristles or a foam brush that could go on smooth and even for the scratches and dings.
