Best n Nice Design from Moen, a-bit pricey though.
I only have used this product since Jan.4, 2013...so hoping the price reflexes the quality of long lasting and trouble free. The only question is on some reviews, they indicate the product package came with AC adaptor instead of AA batteries. One of my purchase decisions was AC adaptor. If you like to change to AC adaptor, you have to purchase separately from Moen.
Installation is very easy (it took 0.5 hour to install) ...the only challenging part was removing old faucet with rusty bolt and nuts, then you have to battle with tight space underneath kitchen sink cabinet. It took me 3.5 hours to remove the old Moen faucet (6 years old).
Hope this help you in your decision making.

I installed this two months ago for my mother who liked the idea of sensor controls. The install was super easy, but there are some limitations to the faucet.
For my mom, the bottom sensor is not helpful due to the configuration of her kitchen sink (she has a divided two-bowl undermount sink with countertop material between the bowls). She can't get pots close enough to the sensor to keep it activated for filling without tipping the pot. She only uses the sensor on the top of the faucet.
The other limitation is the location of the top sensor. to turn it on and off you have to wave your hands over the top of the faucet. So if you wash your hands and want to turn the faucet off you have to dry them first or wave your wet hands over the faucet and drip on it. For me, it's an annoying, but minor, inconvenience that may not bother someone else. It just seems like the design could be improved. You can operate it without touching it... but then you have to go back to touch it to wipe it off!
One advantage is that the faucet doesn't need any electrical work in order to be installed. I just did a whole-kitchen remodel and installed a Kohler Sensate (no batteries). I love it, but wouldn't have purchased it if I wasn't putting in new electrical as part of the major remodel. If I were looking for a replacement faucet and really wanted sensor technology, this Moen faucet would do fine.
Bottom line... the sensors work and are fun to use, but the performance of the faucet isn't any better than a traditional product. If you are using it as a replacement faucet, be sure that you can get pots close enough to the bottom sensor to use that feature.

Love this new faucet.
This faucet is great. It lets us wash our hands without touching any part of the faucet. It's great when you are using both hands on a pot or anything and need water. The quality is very good.

This faucet does everything that it advertises and very well I might add. Installation is simple and the instruction are easy to follow. I've just done an entire kitchen renovation. otherwise I may not have spent all the money I did on this faucet. I just thought it would be a nice touch. It's a very handy system and I really like it. They are pricey though.
