Gets the job done.
I started my room addition project using theses "angle clips" as I call them to satisfy the insurance requirements for room construction on our house.
I wish I had done research on this item first, as the angle clips are what are needed, but Lowes does not provide the product details as well as Home depot does on an identical product. Or is it?
It is hard to know because Lowes does not even give measurements on the product page to describe dimensions. However, I know that on the Home Depot website there are two very identical angle clips to compare to the one in Lowes inventory which are very well described in many more ways than the product details available from the Lowes website.
If you need angle clips for framing support, these clips will get the job done. However, for half the price there is a similar angle clip which serves the same purpose, but has a better shape and allows more room for the clip to be held while it is being secured, without presenting proximity hazard to the users fingers.

Not completely square angles
I bought these to make interior corner brackets on a redwood box, and didn't realize that they might not be square to a 90 degree angle like a regular bracket. It's more like 100 degrees. This may be correct for framing applications, I don't know. I was able to make them work, but if you're expecting a 90 degree angle bracket, these are not that.

I have used these frequently and have never had a problem. They do what I need them to do. Can't ask for more than that.
