Rated 5 out of 5 by Jackie from Correction to "Not Easy" review I'd purchased two of the Mayne Fairfield windowboxes five years ago and didn't recall any required assembling. I contacted Mayne customer support to confirm and below is their answer. My current windowboxes look and work wonderfully after 5 years of Pacific Northwest weather. Mayne Customer Support info: Our Fairfield line of window boxes (including the 5823W) are rotationally molded all as one piece. I believe the customer that left the review had likely purchased our Yorkshire window box (4823W) that is made from Vinyl and does require assembly.
