Looks nice
I love the way this window box looks installed under the window. The look is exactly what I was looking for and it was easy to install. Although, I had to spray paint the brackets they provided. The brackets do show when the box is installed and the brackets are not decorative; the box is a matte white, but the brackets provided are a glossy jet black. I spray painted the brackets white so they didn't show as much to solve the problem, but couldn't understand why the contrasting brackets were provided when they are not decorative. The box does have a drainage hole, however, the soil is always soaked. I have had it up for 2 months and have not watered the plants since I initially planted them. The soil is too wet and the plants aren't doing very well. I even added stones at the base under the soil, but it still doesn't drain. I live in a place where summer is barely 3 months, so I am happy with the look, and accepting that it is somewhat dysfunctional.
