Shipping a nightmare
We have yet to receive this tub. After 9 phone calls and multiple delivery dates promised, there is no tub in sight. The tub was selected for it's 3-5 day shipping window and at this point the earliest it could come would be day 13. Our renovation has been held up because of this situation, wasting a lot of people's time and money. Hopefully it's great tub, but it might not be worth the headache to get it.
