Quiet and works well
We needed a counter depth fridge to fit into the shallow space in our kitchen and came across this model. We have had it running for two months and have been pleased. Food is kept cool and the freezer works well. We are running it at 35 degrees instead of the recommended 37 because a thermometer we added to the fridge was reading higher than the at point, but.that could be measurement uncertainty.
The lack of handles works for where we have the refrigerator and it hasn't been a problem.
The size is good for two but probably not for a big family although the split freezer has heaps of space.
The fridge does hum slightly and it has been more noticeable over time but it isn't anything that is too annoying. The other negative is that the temperatures on the door are the set points, not what is actually happening inside. I would have preferred to be able to see real time values.
I recommend this model of you are right on space and don't need lots of room in the fridge. We really like it.

This is a beautiful fridge that works well and has great features.
This fridge has no deli drawer which it needs.
The touch panel has an oversight which is that you have to hit any button to “wake” the panel up first before you can choose ice or water.
Not sure why LG can’t make the panel react to the initial touch without having to touch the panel twice to make any choices or adjustments.
Love the dual freezer drawers! We have sorted the freezer with most accessed food items on the upper freezer and less accessed items on the lower freezer.
For the most part this is a great fridge!

Compressor died in under a year!
Compressor died. Fridge is under warranty, 13 calls later no repair or replacement in sight. Two weeks with out a fridge, expected at least another two weeks until something can be done. We live in a main city, unacceptable. Loved the fridge until it broke. LG drops the ball when it comes to warranty repairs. Do not recommend!
