Same good features as our past KitchenAid diswashe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working very well so far but one big feature really missing, NO Venting of dishwasher, causes a smell on opening after a wash & must keep open between washing to air out dishwasher. You go cheep, save money & kill a great feature.. We have had KitchenAid (2) for over 20 years & they were always kept fresh with the vents on those diswashers, sham on you guys, You use to be one of nest in the buisness, but I guess the bottom line means more then reputation, so much for the new CEO' & new managerments. Have only had the new dishwasher a couple of weeks, hope it gives us as meany years as our our ones.

Durable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned 4 KitchenAid dishwashers in over 50 years. They are durable, and always do a great job. I passed two dishwashers to a friend and a relative. To the best of my knowledge neither failed in any way in roughly 36 years total. My last purchase in 2002 had two failures after 16 years. After 16 years, I chose not to repair, but to purchase new about 7 weeks ago.
The new unit is excellent. I am adjusting to loading the dishwasher because the bottom basket does not accommodate some of the serving dishes I use, and they fill the top basket quickly. The silverware basket appears to be very good!

Quiet and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher has been effective in cleaning dishes and runs quieter than I expected. There is a setting that anticipates they type of cycle needed for each particular load. The dishwasher looks sleek, and overall I am very pleased with the machine. The bottom rack does not slide out as easily as I expected; the wheels don't seem to have a smooth track. Also the upper rack tends to roll out while I am loading the lower rack, though perhaps this is issue is more about level installation.

Amazingly quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher for a recent kitchen remodel. It’s not the same brand as the rest of our appliances but we chose it because there was no exterior handle or cheap feeling parts. It looks great and I love the ball bearing slides on the top rack so we don’t have to replace plastic wheels every couple years. You can hardly tell it’s running it’s so quiet. There are no fold down parts for the rack so it took some getting used to and re-organizing how we loaded it but that was quick to learn. It cleans great. Definitely recommend. The fingerprint resistant exterior stays clean easily

Beautifully Made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago because we love Kitchenaid appliances. We're still trying to find out what the best settings are as these new dishwashers don't seem to work nearly as fast as the older models, nor do they dry the dishes as well as the older models did. I'm just glad we purchased a unit with the heated element or we would be drying everything by hand! Our old dishwasher could do a load of dishes in about 90 minutes, but this unit takes about 3 1/2 hours. The beauty of this machine is this it runs so quietly you don't even know it's working, and since we normally run it at the end of the day the length of time it's running isn't really that big a deal.

Kitchen Aid Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Kitchen Aid Dishwasher and the performance of this model is even better than my previous units. Excellent cleaning and the quietest unit ever. I have to touch it at times to see if its even running. The majority of our appliances are Kitchen Aid . In many cases we have multiple items, Blenders, Mixers, and Dishwashers. The quality is excellent and keeps us coming back. I rated the design slightly lower only becuase at time i have trouble see the display. The LEDS are so bright they the sometimes washout the display. However this could be my eyes. So I will see if i get use to this.

Extremely Quiet and Cleans Well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher to replace a Jenn-Air model we had for nearly twenty years, which we liked very much. Unfortunately the racks rusted to pieces. This new KitchenAid is so much quieter that you can hardly tell it is running. With its heating element, it dries as well as our old model, uses relatively little water and the cycle times are about the same as the old Jenn-Air. Our only complaint is that the top rack hit on the inner vinyl seal and had to be bent over so as not to tear up the seal each time the rack is pulled out. Otherwise, easy to hook up and so far (only had it for about two months), so good!

Quiet, great clean, dry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had the dishwasher about a month and a half. So this preliminary. It cleans awesome! And gets the dishes dry when using jet dry and one of the better gel packs to wash. You barely hear it running which is nicer than expected. I have been so
Use to others I never knew they could be this quiet. Looks great and has features he not yet needed. Baked on lasagna, or cheese from another dish? Bam! Gone ! And that on the regular cycle. Touchpad is easy to use and responds well to soft touch.
No idea how long it will last but we use it everyday. So far very happy with it and would highly recommend.
