Can lights be added to either side of the power supply. In the pictures it only shows lights on one side. I assume you can add additional lights to this fixture to make it longer..?
I loved this lighting system. Two lengths (tracks) and you can add one addition light to each system. The lights can be individually directable. I didn't install them myself my contractor did but heard no complaints re: same. Hope that is helpful.

Can one use pendant fixtures in combination with spotlight fixtures with these rails? I would like to have 3 pendants over a dining table and 3 or 4 spotlights for paintings on 2 6' ft rails attached to one dimmer switch.
Yes, Kendal does produce a pendant adapter; however, I don't think Lowe's sells these parts and I needed to purchase from a separate lighting store. The part number is TA012:

I bought the lamp and have assembled - descriptions says control: dimmer. I do not see a switch or dimmer anywhere on my lamp.
on off and dimmer is the vertical post that runs up the back of the main lamp

Yes they are compatible. It's what we used to replace our units.

What is the power source? Is it plug in or does it need an electrician install?
What power source is required for this track lighting?
Is this fixture compatible with "Feit Electric 7.5-Watt MR16 LED Flood Light Bulb"? I had another Kendal track head that took MR16 bulbs but the LED's wouldn't fit do to a cover over the bulb on the fixture

Great looking light, but a bit dim.
I would not recommend as a single horizontal light above a vanity, but it would work well as two vertical lights on either side of the mirror.

Kendall Pendant Shade
Purchased these because we broke one of the three pendant shades we had in our kitchen. Very satisfied at this point in time. We exchanged the halogen bulbs over to LED so we are reasonably sure that they won't fade. Very bright and concentrate the light onto the kitchen counter. We would buy them again.

Great reading lamp. Solid but expensive.
We looked hard for a lamp that had a decent reading arm lamp and this one is great. Great room lighting and reading lamp is right in my lap. Only disappointment was that we were sent damaged goods. The reading lamp has two chips, one noticeable as in this photo. Our local Lowe's store offered no service but to refer us to the manufacturer. For the price we paid I expected no flaws but over time they have been less important . I was not interested in returning the whole lamp as. suggested by Lowes. Overall this is a sturdy good reading lamp that should last.

Beautiful and timeless
Kendal track lighting is the best!! This fixture is beautiful, bright, glittery, ornamentals and timeless. Well made and can be used with both halogen or LED bulbs, just make sure you get the right size n voltage, MR16. I have 6 of these for eight years and now I’m adding more to the track, to brighten up the area. So practical and good.

Good features!
We bought this lamp about 3 weeks ago and we are quite satisfied with it. It does what we expected. Because of the style you have to handle it with care because the Tubular frame is not as sturdy as a regular post lamp. Buy it has a very nice appearance and lights up the room as expected. Very happy with our purchase.

quality of glass is so so
I was very happy with these (3) until I removed the lamp shades to put in LED bulbs. A few hours after the job was done, I notice one of the glass lamp shades was loose. Under pressure of the clips, the lamp shade broke. I will see if Lowes will take it back. I would rather just get another lamp shade.

Great lighting
Purchased the 7 lamp version almost a year ago and was happy with lighting and styling that we purchased the 4 lamp - 24" version for our powder room. Looks great and very happy with the result. Shipped direct in 3 days to our front door.
