The set includes an insulating film 64 x 210 inches (1.62mx5.33m), a double-sided tape 84 inches (25.6m), a white foam tape 3/16 x 3/8 x 16.4 ft (4mm x 9mm x 5m), 4 insulators for electrical outlets, and 2 for insulating switches. Rated 1 out of 5 by Jack Ripped Off from Terrible product - don't waste your money Bought this product to insulate my windows like I do every year. BIG MISTAKE. The "double sided" tape doesn't stick and when you try and separate it from the film it tears off in little peices making the experience infuriating. If I could give this product a minus 5 star I would. Save your money or buy the duct tape brand. The fact that they can sell such an inferior product borders on negligence. I would urge Rona to switch to something better brings your brand down.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Levern from beware: tape does not hold steer clear of this product. the tape is not sticky enough. a drafty window will break the seal within days. Worse than the $17 down the tube, you'll be signing up for a second trip to the hardware store, and a full re-do on your windows. Do not buy.
