Can it be used to seal crack between pool pipes under skimmer that there is no space for replacing / repairing?

Yes, you can apply our Leak Seal to seal cracks between the pool pipes under your skimmer. Apply at least 2 coats, allowing approx. 5-15 minutes between the coats.

Can it be used to seal crack between Garage sub floor and wall?
Leak Seal will seal small cracks in concrete nicely, but should not be applied to surfaces subject to foot, or vehicle traffic.

Amazing so far!
I bought this to waterproof the backer board in the shower as a temp fix. Four cans, two coats and it worked amazing! Looked so good I taped off the bottom of our tub for a non slip surface for my in laws visit.
Don't get me wrong it is a temp solution we are redoing the bathroom in 2020 but more than amazed with this product.
