*On approved credit. Subject to the terms of the Flexiti cardholder agreement. All promotional plans require a minimum purchase of $300 (excluding taxes). Promotional plans and available interest rates vary based on applicant’s creditworthiness at time of application. The cardholder agreement annual interest rate (Account AIR) is disclosed upon approval and varies based on cardholder’s creditworthiness at the time of application. Interest at the Account AIR,(including accrued interest for deferred plans where interest accrues,) of 31.99%-34.99% may be charged if : (i) the promotion is cancelled (ii) balance subject to the promotion is not paid in full by the promotion expiry date; or (iii) the promotion is forfeited, in whole or in part, for any other reason. All promotional offers on the account may be cancelled if any required payment is missed.

¹NO INTEREST PAYABLE IF REQUIRED PAYMENTS ARE MADE WHEN DUE. “Split it up!” or Equal monthly payments (no interest) promotional plans: No interest will accrue on the balance subject to the promotion during the 6, 12, or 18 month promotional period and monthly payments include your equal monthly instalment and payment protection insurance premiums, fees, and taxes, if applicable. If any required payment is missed, all promotional offers on the account may be cancelled and upon cancellation, interest at the Account AIR will start accruing on the balance that was previously subject to the promotion.

²INTEREST ACCRUES BUT IS NOT CHARGED IF FULL PAYMENT IS MADE DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. “Buy now, pay later” or Deferred Payment (interest accrues, no payments) promotional plans. No payments are required on purchases made under this promotion during the promotional period. Interest accrues at the Account AIR during the promotional period from the transaction date and will be charged only if the promotion is cancelled or if the balance subject to the promotion is not paid in full by the promotion’s expiry date. These plans are not available for Quebec residents; however, other deferred interest promotions are available.

³INTEREST DOES NOT ACCRUE IF REQUIRED PAYMENTS ARE MADE WHEN DUE. “Project loan plans” equal monthly payments – interest bearing, starting with 90 days’ grace, no payments promotional plan: INTEREST DOES NOT ACCRUE IF REQUIRED PAYMENTS ARE MADE WHEN DUE. For the first 90 days from the date of the transaction, no interest accrues, and the only payments due will be for optional payment protection insurance, and associated premiums and taxes, which if applicable, are billed monthly. After the first 90 days, the promotional annual interest rate (Promo AIR) will apply to the balance subject to the promotion, and the balance will be repayable in equal monthly payments of principal and interest at the Promo AIR. The available Promo AIRs are 9.99%, 13.99% and 19.99%. Eligibility for promotions and the applicable Promo AIR varies based on cardholder’s creditworthiness and will be disclosed prior to purchase. If any required payment is missed, all promotional offers on the account may be cancelled and upon cancellation, interest will be calculated at the Account AIR.

Promotional plans are conditional upon meeting identification and verification requirements and subject to having credit approval and a valid email address.

Notifications on changes to promotions and terms will be provided as required by legislation.
