What is this service?
When you request the service, participating stores will deliver selected in-store items to your door by the end of the day when ordered before 2:00 p.m. on weekdays or before 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Receive your order on the next available delivery day when you order after 2:00 p.m. on weekdays and after 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Service may not be available due to notably high in-store traffic, bad weather conditions or any other situation affecting the availability of the service. Conditions apply, see below*.
Participating Stores
When is it available?
Express delivery is available on weekdays and Saturdays. Service can be requested anytime, and the order will be delivered on the next available delivery day when ordered after 2:00 p.m on weekdays or 12:00 pm on Saturdays. Express delivery is not available on Sundays nor on provincial and federal holidays.
What can be delivered?
Any selected in-stock item available at the selected participating store at the time of order. Weight limit of 1,475 Kg (3,250 lbs) per order.
Where can it be delivered?
To be eligible, the delivery address for express delivery must be within the delivery zone of the fulfilling participating store. No deliveries to PO boxes.
How much does it cost?
For small and/or light-weight items that do not require delivery by truck, express delivery service is $9.97. For bigger and/or heavier items that require truck delivery, express delivery service is $70. Price will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the items to be delivered.
How to get it?
Express delivery service is added to the cart before proceeding to checkout. The option will only appear if the service is available.
Who carries out deliveries?
All express deliveries are delivered by Lowe’s third-party partner TOOLBX inc.
How will I know my delivery has arrived?
Customers will receive a notification via text message when their delivery is on the way to their destination. The courier will contact the customer upon arrival either in person or by phone.
Where will the items be left?
Customers can request their order be left at any spot that is easily accessible for the courier, within curbside limitations. If the courier is unable to reach the customer, the order will be dropped off in a place deemed safe by the courier. If such a suitable spot is not found, the order may be returned to the selected participating store.

*Express delivery service is only available for selected in-store items with sufficient stock in participating stores.
