My husband and I liked this faucet so much we bought it twice. Installation was a headache the first time because it lacked detailed instructions (no diagrams or pictures to show what went in which order). The first time we bought it the faucet dripped. We returned the item, bought a second, installed, and watched the second one drip. Annoying. It's a gorgeous antique-esc unit but it would be helpful if it worked less like an antique and more like the capable new product it ought to be. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

First off, the stars for being lovely. My husband and I bought this recently and from the very beginning ran into some problems. The box came with something like 17 different parts to install the faucet system. By way of comparison, we bought a matching drinking faucet from the same company that came in the same order, with all of its instructions, and the installation time for that was hours of difference.
Once the faucet was installed and in use it dripped. It's hard to know if this was a manufacturing error, or an installation error due to the lack of precise installation instructions with the package.
We've chosen to return the faucet and order a new one in hopes that the second will work as it should. Until then I don't know if I'd recommend this or not. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
