How do I take off the battery cover I have the back off the deadbolt off two tabs A & B is that where the battery is? how do I get that off?

I have a Weiser lock set #694815 but no keys. am I able to get a key?
This is a rekeyable lock. If you have another Weiser lock, you should be able to rekey your lock to use it.

Will the Smartkey feature work with any other entrance key you have now to unlock your front door which opens all entrance other doors to the house (keyed alike)
Thanks, they were not and the key is too wide to fit into the lock. The sales person stated a smaller blank might work but it would be buying cut keys for everyone that uses the Front door in case ao a failure of the electronic lock.(we have more than 2 using it) I believe that should be stated eg: "works with all existing Weiser lock keys" in the description

can you disconnect auto lock feature
Yes, when installing the lock, there is a internal toggle switch to disconnect the auto lock feature.

can the auto lock be tuned off
There is no on/off button. You can always lock or unlock with the dial or with the key. Taking out the batteries will disable the automatic parts.

We bought and installed this lock last August (2018).
Instructions are clear and concise.
Installation, programing, and re-keying instructions easy to follow.
Lock has worked well up until the very cold weather we’ve had for the last month (mean temp of -20.20 C for the month of February, with most night time lows between -20 and -30).
Dead bolt will neither retract or extend using code or lock button, even with fresh batteries. Key or thumb nob has to be used to open or lock door.
Overall, lock preforms well, and I would recommend it, but be aware of cold weather limitations. Hopefully normal operation will return with warm weather.

Amazing lock!
i should have splurged and bought this lock years ago! It was incredibly easy to install and now there is no fumbling for keys either going in or out. If you forget to lock the door, it will lock itself after 30 seconds. I can't understand why every house does not have one of these!

Perfect Door Lock
This lock looks great and is the perfect lock for a family. We have put it on 2 doors and it is so simple to use. It was easy to key with our current weiser locks. Especially for the price. Also it came with 2 sizes so we did not have to re-drill our door

so far so good
Received the lock about 2 weeks ago. Installed next day. Easy job but need some extra efort because new design of the lach dosn't fit well to 11/2" hole. Over all satisfied. Will see how the lock withstand the Alberta winter

Installed for bout a month now. Installation with the right equipment went not too bad. Really like the convenience of not having to search for the house key every time

So far so good!
Bought this unit for 3 weeks now and never have any problems so far. Tried the Schlage but Weiser is easier to program and install. Even the reference guide is much easier to follow! Highly recommended.

Poor custtomer service
Disappointed with Weiser customer service. A part was missing and after two phone calls and a promise to mail out the part we are still waiting it has been more than a month now. I should have taken the lock back to Lowes instead of dealing with Weiser directly.

Great lock, but battery dies soon
I bought this a month ago. I liked the feature it automatically locked my door after 30 secs. However, this feature might have drained completely new pack of battery to death after a month.
