Make sure of opening
If opening size is smaller than 58" then do not get this door. The variances on the specs is for larger than 58". That said, it's a great for the price. The only gripe I have is there was'nt a gasket sent with the unit for the hinge side bracket. Called dreamline & they sent a new complete bracket but again no gasket. Tried again with same result, so I guess I will make my own rubber gasket.

Solid glass product, installation challenging
This was the last item for me to finish in my bathroom. I personally already did the plumbing, electrical, tiling, vanity, and toilet. My measurements fit their tolerances; however I didn't take into account that each wall was tilting the same direction. Therefor I did not have 90 degree angle between my wall and tub, about 88 on one side and 92 on the other side. This caused me to figure out my own adjustment procedures not detailed in the instructions. I will criticize the leeway given in the hinge attachments on the glass panels. No matter how hard they are tightened, the door will slip until the hinge inside rests on the glass cutout. I ended up adding plastic shims inside the hinge to keep it from drooping.
The construction of the hinges is solid metal and the metal grooves holding the glass are solid and secure the glass well when screwed into the tub base. I did not use all of the holes provided, just 2 in each side plus silicone as glue. It has been a month since installation and I have not had any further drooping and my clearance of 1/32" on the door closure still holds.

Door keeps slipping from the hinges
This has been installed for about 2 years. The glass is heavy and the finished product looks nice, but the door is so HEAVY that it keeps wanting to slip from the hinges. Also, when the door is wet there is no way to keep water from dripping all over the floor when it is opened. I squeegee the door before I open it, but the accumulated water on the tub's edge is swept onto the floor every time. I wish I'd gone with the traditional sliding door.

Does not fit on a slightly curved tub
This does not fit on a slightly curved tub and it didn’t say that in the specs. It says there’s 1/4” adjustment on one end and 1/2” on other that should’ve allowed for the slight curve on the bottom.
