Bad lever design
When turn on the faucet, the lever goes to almost vertical. So when I need to adjust the water temperature with a wet hand, the water drips down the back of the faucet and makes a water puddle at the back of the sink.
Then, after using it for 4 months, it starts to leak when the lever is in the cold water position. I had a Delta classic 100-wf for many years with no problem. I was told Delta is good quality. I am very disappointed with this design. I am glad they still make the classic model.

Il faut bien aligner le robinet lorsqu'on le fermé sinon un filet d'eau coulera. De plus, il est un peu plus bruyant que celui que j'avais auparavant. Je ne recommande pas ce produit.

Leaking Base / Poor Warranty Fulfillment
The faucet worked fine for some time. My wife noticed water in the cupboard. The faucet was leaking up in the base. Called Delta. They said is was a faulty cartridge, and they would send out new one free. It probably took two weeks to arrive. Installed it, and it still leaked the same exact way. Called Delta. They said they would send new faucet, but my model was discontinued, so they had to chose a similar one. The Delta rep sent me a picture to look at the closest similar handle to mine. The handle looked similar. He said he would order it. It never came, so I called back over a month later. The lady said that the order had never been processed, but that they would send it out. At the end of January, it finally came. I took out the old faucet, and when I went to install the new one, it was a one-hole faucet, not 3-holed plus sprayer. My wife had waited so patiently during this whole ordeal, and I did not want to install the old faucet again. I thought I would just try to find some plugs to plug the two open sink holes. When I got it all installed, the water from the sprayer barely sprays out. I called Delta about the whole mess. I told them I would pay to ship this wrong faucet back, if they would just send me the right one. The man on the phone was sympathetic to my plight, but his supervisor would not allow him to do anything for me. Yes, I approved the different model faucet to be sent to me, but I approved the handle style, never dreaming that they were switching me from a 4-holed faucet to a 2-holed one. My dear wife has been so patient with leaking water for weeks and weeks, and now with a sprayer that does not work, and two unsightly holes in the sink. I am going to reward my blessed wife with something better this time, Lordwilling. I do not write this to complain, but to help you choose more wisely than I did.
