Looks can be deceiving!
I purchased this faucet because I needed a short faucet in order to open the shutters that I had installed at the window. When it came I have to say I was very disappointed in the quality of the supply lines and the pull out portion of faucet. For almost $300. I feel the supply lines should have been made out of steel not plastic and the pull down should have been metal not hard plastic. The faucet looks impressive but I have already had an issue with the on/off lever and now I am afraid every time I turn the water on it will just come flying off. I should have returned it when I opened the box. My mistake, we will see how long it last.

First Issue with a Delta Product
Purchased this product before Thanksgiving 2015 and installed it so we could showcase before family arrived for the big turkey day. Everyone loved it and had great comments about the size, look and feel. We felt we made a great purchase as well. Now we fast forward a few months and hate the faucets, perhaps we have a lemon. For starters the pull out handle does not seat all the way back in it dangles. We shove it back in and a while later it dangles again. We have shut it off completely and it still drips, although not a fast drip rate it still drips. What happens to the Delta diamond technology, maybe we got cubic zirconia in ours. In Delta's defense the installation was a breeze and the look is very artsy but thats about it. Had son call Delta to see what can be done as I am at work during Delta working hours, he was told too push the handle and handle tighter, that was their solution, WOW.... We have been Delta consumers for most of our fixtures and this is what brand loyalty gets you. Perhaps it is time to shop the competition, what do you say Delta?
