Should this come with oil already added?
Mine did but it was pre assembled. I still checked with the dip stick before I tried to run it to make sure there was oil in it.

Does this come with a cord for the electric start? Or will an outdoor extension cord work?
Extension cord not included. Per the manual: "The extension cord can be any length, but must be rated for 15 amps at 125 volts, grounded and rated for outdoor use."

Get This Snowblower!
Bought this last week. Used it a couple of days ago on about 5 inches of snow including the plow pile at the end of my driveway.
This blew right through it all with ease. It shot the snow a good 20 - 30 feet.
The power steering comes in handy for moving it around. Turns effortlessly with it.
Very easy to use and set up. Follow the instructions, put in some gas and you're ready to go.
The heated grips are a bonus too.
Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Reliable!
Bought same unit last winter. It meets our needs for a 4-6 car driveway. One size up will throw your snow further but mine is a perfect and compact unit.

3 years and performs great
Bought this 3 years ago, and very happy with it's performance. Starts first time, but I do prime it 6 times, and always use fresh gas at the beginning of the season.
Love the heated handles.

Great bang for your buck
I bought this on black Friday and have used it twice already. It has great features like power steering, electric start, and heated hand grips for colder days in winter. It performed extremely well in the snow the city plow gifted me at the end of my driveway. It did okay with the slush but heavy slush is hard for most snow blowers to clear. I am very happy with my purchase so far.

Great Snowblower
Purchased this snowblower on cyber Monday (Dec 2, 2019) at a great price to replace our 15 year old 1 cycle Toro. My husband can no longer clean the driveway so I was lookling for a model that was easy to handle, have an electric start, and was not too big and bulkly so I could handle it.
This Cub Cadet checked every box. After a LOT of research, comparing quality and price, this was definately the machine to buy. My son helped me set it up which took no time at all. He dropped the height of the skid plates to ulmost touching (I only use it on a paved driveway) and it does a perfect job.
I've used the machine 5 times now and everytime it's getting easier and faster to use (I even did my neighbors driveway once). I've never used a snow blower before and I'm a 60+ woman and I can handle it flawlessly. It's also kind of fun to use. I can clean my double wide driveway (that can park 3 cars end to end) in about 15 minutes with about 6 inches of snow.
The electric start is what makes all the difference for me. It does have a great pull start but I'm not always strong enough to pull it. I keep the machine in the garge, which doesn't take up too much room. When I'm ready to use it, I just plug in an extension cord, pump the primer a few times and push the start button. It's started first time every time. I usually go pretty slow, F1 and R1. When I tried it in the highest speed it worked great and fast, but without any practise I ran over some srubs so I now take it easy. It has a small lever under each handle that will turn the machine left or right while moving. The left main handle controls the auger and the right handle controls the exceleration. I usually turn the auger off when I make a turn to avoid having snow go back on the driveway (whiched happened a few times).
I also bought a brand new gas can as part of my investment, it was a bit pricey, but the gas dispenses from the bottom of the can with a squeeze of a handle, no tipping and pouring and I've never spilled any gas when filling the tank, very easy to handle.
I would highly recommend this product!
