Cover for 3-Burner Weber Spirit II® Barbecues - Black is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 128.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality seems less superior than past Weber cover I purchased my Weber back in 2003 and bought the Weber grill cover to protect my investment. That grill cover lasted for years, so needless to say I did not mind spending the hefty price for the great quality grill cover. I have just purchased my 4th Weber grill cover, and upon opening I am feeling a little nervous. The material and quality seems less superior than my previous Weber grill covers. Granted, I thought the same thing with my previous Weber grill cover, which only lasted 2 years. I understand this purchase has a three year limited warranty, but I really want to register my grill cover but do not see where I am able to do this. Any suggestions? I will update my review as time progresses but if this grill cover does not hold up, it will likely be the last one I purchase from Weber.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk This cover is a joke. A waste of money which I can't afford.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Grills are great, cover not so much. I was so happy with my May 2018 purchase of my first Weber gas grill that I just purchased a second one for my camp. While they are expensive, the second cheap grill (not Weber) that I had purchased previously is a piece of junk once again. However, the covers are a different story. I thought I would purchase the Weber cover to go with my first great grill and after 4 months it's got a small rip in a seam already !!! Still usable but....I'm getting a cheaper cover for Weber Grill #2.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Purchased this cover for my new Spirit SP335 grill. I’ve always bought Weber branded covers for my grills. The light weight was definitely a plus. It’s much better than the heavy vinyl covers of the past. They tended to dry out, crack and split over time. However, this cover has faded dramatically in the three months since I’ve had it. It’s now two toned. Faded black/grey on the top and original black on the lower portion. I would not have expected such fast deterioration of a cover. Makes me wonder about its longevity over time. Also, the ridiculous Velcro closure system defies logic. So many tabs and strips, so few possibilities. Very disappointed with this Weber product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracked in the first year, minor tears 2nnd year grill cover is a disaster, I had a geneis previous for about 14 years. had a quaility girll cover probable made of vinyl - Great cover lasted forever with no cracks, tears aor anything

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back older style I agree with most of the reviews here. I bought this new cover at the beginning of last season and i am very disappointed that it is not the quality of the one bought with my grill in 2011. My main complaint is that when the wind comes up (and it does often here I have to weight this one down where the original was secured better. There is a lot of Velcro on this one that really doesn’t do anything.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed in cover quality. Bought a new Weber grill cover for my Spirit 300. This new cover is so thin and cheap compared to the last one I bought 4 years ago. What happened Weber? This is very disappointing in a cover for my very high quality grill. You make high dollar grills but now make a cheap quality grill cover??? Disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from suitably impressed I wanted a grill cover that fit my Spirit 330 well and couldn't find anything that gave me the dimensions near my grill like Weber did. After purchasing and unboxing, I was really impressed with the quality of the grill cover. The fit was spot on, the material is exactly what I was looking for, and the cover is easy to put on and remove. I wanted to keep the pollen, dust and rain off of my Weber grill, and this is doing the job admirably. I also like the piece of mind of the 3 year warranty. Would definitely purchase again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use Having used my Weber all summer protected by the Weber cover I must say I disagree with some of the reviewers. Some say it is too light weight but I like that. It makes it easy to install and remove and I have had no problems with it being damaged. Some say the Velcro fasteners are difficult to use and don't do the job. I found them quite robust and, when properly synched up, would take a hurricane to blow the cover off. Finally, I like the large colorful Weber trademark on the front of the cover, not because I like to brag to my neighbors that I have a Weber but because it makes it easy to orientate the cover quickly for for slipping it over the barbecue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappo This is a thin, flimsy cover and does not compare well with the heavy duty cover it replaced, which lasted over ten years and is actually still serviceable. The Velcro closures are useless, with no straps and Velcro strips with no way to utilize them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waterproof, but fastening straps doesn't last Purchased this Weber black grill cover in mid-April, and the fastening straps have already stopped working in less than six months. While the cover have proven waterproof, the velcro does not last on this cover, which in effect makes the cover useless as it won't stay on the grill during any measurable wind.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Look for alternative product I bought this product for my weber spirit 300 and its so snug eventually wripped. I'll ether try a tarp or another product to replace this cover

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faded to Grey in 1 year Bought this a year ago when I purchased my new Weber 3 burner grill. Grill is great, cover not so much. Cheap fabric, looks like an off brand special that should cost $20,00 at the most. Never saw anything fade so quickly. Can’t believe they even put their name on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good. Started cracking after a year. Cracked after one season, now it just leaks completely. Gets really stiff and hard to put on. First Weber product I have been unhappy with. Been getting Weber products my whole adult life. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap This cover is light and cheap. A little wind and it gets blown off. The securing system is a joke. Have only had this cover for a few months. Will look at a different manufacturer

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Weber 300 Grill Cover does not stay secure I love my grill but the cover has been problematic since day one. I have watched the instruction video numerous times but the velcro just does not hold. I have to tie it with a rope and put rocks on top of each side table. Not what I expected from a Weber product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from velcro ripped my cover has faded and the Velcro has straps are torn. way to expensive to only last a year
Date published: 2019-03-12
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Just purchases a Weber Spirit e-310 and wondering why Weber continues to sell this cover when it clearly is sub-par given the exorbitant price? It’s making me question the purchase of their grill. If the cover is below standard why hasn’t Weber taken action beyond their canned response to 1 star reviews?
Date published: 2019-09-23
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Good I've only owned Weber grills my entire life and normally purchase the grill cover. My old Weber needed replacing, so my kids bought me a new Spirit II for an early Mother's Day gift. No matter how I try to velcro the cover, it flies off due to the wind. I see all my neighbors who don't have the Weber cover and theirs stay in place. This is too expensive for it not to work properly. I'm truly disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from grill coverske Falls apart in just one year.Like the grill but the cover is terrible
Date published: 2018-07-01
Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Velcro is BAD!! We live in the Dakotas. It windy...frequently. We cannot keep the Velcro together in any wind over 10 mph. We should’ve known when the Velcro went from black to brown literally in one day. For the price this cover should perform WAY better. Fortunately customer service finally responded to my email and are sending a replacement cover. I doubt the new one will perform any better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Design Poor Quality Bought this cover a year ago. Every time it’s really windy or a storm the cover blows off. Not even a full year later and the Velcro has discolored/deteriorated and no longer holds. Very poorly designed product with low quality materials.
Date published: 2019-04-22
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Weber product I have ever owned I have owned Weber products since 1973 (my first Weber grill had Patent Pending on it). All have been great up to now. This cover for the Spirit II 300 has several problems. It is very light weight so it blows off the grill in moderate winds even with the velcro closures. One of the larger velcro closures wore out in 15 months. There is no small bag for storage of the cover. I owned the previous model cover for the Spirit II 300. It was heavier, relied on string to secure it, and had a small bag attached which was great for storing the cover.
Date published: 2020-09-21
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I bought this to help protect my investment of a Weber grill. However, it does not keep the water out. Water will soak right though the material. What is the point of selling a cover that does not protect the grill from the elements? What a complete waste of my hard earned money.
Date published: 2019-07-08
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cover Blows off when wind blows I bought this last summer to protect my new Weber grill. I thought this was supposed to be a premium cover??? The Velcro on it is worn out and does not stick. When there is a decent wind it blows the cover off every time. It is also starting to get a hole in it.
Date published: 2020-05-07
Rated 2 out of 5 by from not too thrilled This cover replaces my 15yrs old original weber cover, but it is not close to the quality of the old one. It is quite thin and unfortunately one of the seams was separated (I repaired with glue). Feeling that it's not worth the price.
Date published: 2018-12-28
Rated 2 out of 5 by from The Velcro System is Terrible The new velcro system to keep the cover on the grill is not very functional. The grill cover flew off my grill within the first week I had it. The old straps allowed you to tighten it down enough to keep it on the grill on windy days.
Date published: 2018-08-09
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can’t secure it There’s no good way of making sure the cover stays on. Any day with above average wind is likely to blow the cover off. Lost mine after coming back from a weekend away never to be seen again. Pretty disappointed with the purchase
