Good chair, bad instructions
At least I bought it in a promo! If possible, try to grab the instructions paper first, and preserve the wood parts in the box. You'll need a variety of sand paper, glue, a sealer or primer + paint. Not to mention different screwdrivers (even having two different kits, still didn't have the one with a square shape). Don't forget to read the instructions until you really understand what is what and which screws are supposed to be used. There's not much indications on how/where to place the pieces, just "evenly". I'd recommend 2 persons to assemble this. Even if just to have someone helping to align and hold things.

Awful quality, would NOT recommend!
I don't normally do customer reviews, but I'm so disappointed with this product I feel I have to. After waiting nearly a month for it to be delivered, my husband carefully followed the instructions for assembly and 2 of the back panels cracked straight down the center. The wood is cheap, and its so rough around the edges my kids have gotten several splinters from it. For the price, I expected far better. Its not even usable at this point, and I've only had it about a month.
Don't waste your money!

My 14 year old daughter assembled this with a screwdriver in less than an hour.
