We bought this from Lowes in June /erected in August, and the product was as specs showed in their ad. The packaging and crating were exceptional and arrived at site with no damage or missing components. However, this is not a DIY project as my unit was 10x16 and we engaged carpentry assistance. Albeit some modifications (adding windows and partitions, snow load bracing , etc.) were made to the shed, it would be my suggestion that unless you have a significant carpentry expertise and abundant assistants to help you construct this unit, engage a professional carpentry contractor as you will regret it if you do not. Also a shed of this nature requires a significant foundation footprint, and this is a job in itself especially in ground that is not level and has some contours around it (one needs a laser level).
The supplier provided extra ridge shakes for the roof as some shakes did not meet hermetic standards, this is invaluable in the ridge phase of assembly. The galvanized nails are a must and an ample amount was provided. The gables require extra material as there is no soffit provided for this gap.
Overall we are pleased with the product which costs about 4x more then a conventional shed with all the additional costs (like $300 in quality stain/paint), the final aesthetic appearance speaks for itself in volumes.
