Great quality and looks stylishThis faucet was a breeze to install, but my old one was a nightmare to remove.
Once my old faucet was removed this new Pfister went on in minutes. With the aid of the helpful install tool included, everything went extremely well.
I would purchase this brand again.

Cantara F-529-7CR maintenance and care critique. As an owner of the Cantara F-529-7CR pull-down kitchen faucet, I would like to offer some feedback regarding a recent experience with the faucet. I am the original owner of this faucet and needed a new cartridge for it, as the original one began to leak within a four year period of time. Interestingly, the Delta faucets which I have in my bathrooms have never had any leakage issues. My house is 12 years old and I am the second owner of it.
Having experienced a leak issue in regard to this Cantara faucet, I referred to my owner's manual and soon ascertained that it was most likely the cartridge that was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called the 1-800-PFAUCET line and received the help that I needed. I was informed that, as the original owner, I can have the new cartridge sent to my address at no cost to me. Very well. Unfortunately, after receiving the new cartridge in the mail, I soon learned that installing it is not a simple task for a novice like me. I called the 1-800 number again. This time, a friendly woman on the line helped me with step-by-step instructions. Her useful information notwithstanding, I was still having a problem accessing and pulling the old cartridge and installing the new one. The basic problem here concerns an illustration in the maintenance and care guide. The illustration of the cartridge removal does not show a part which must be removed to allow access to the cartridge itself. This is a screw-on part which appears to be a part of the faucet which must first be removed to allow access to the cartridge, as noted above.
As my wife and I were quickly trying to figure this out, the friendly woman on the maintenance and care line explained again to us that this part looks like a part of the faucet itself. Alas, I finally understood what she had been telling us. I promptly unscrewed the part from the faucet, pulled the old cartridge out and put the new cartridge in its place. Please forward this information to the appropriate people at the Maintenance Support Department. Hopefully, they will be able to review all of their installation guides and maintenance and repair guides. They can then make the necessary changes and updates to the illustrations as appropriate. Thank you for allowing me to offer this customer feedback. I wish you good luck in the continuance of success in your faucet business. Regards.
