Description

Bring any home's security into the 21st century with this Schlage® electronic door lock. It's designed for functionality as well as looks, and it coordinates with the manufacturer's Camelot line of door hardware. This touchscreen electronic deadbolt is easy to open even without the keys handy, and its keypad is backlit. It's reprogrammable in minutes for whenever you need to prevent unauthorized access. It takes four AA batteries to operate, which means there's no wiring to run. The electronic door lock continues to function during a blackout. There's an alarm function to alert users to unauthorized access. Enter up to 30 unique codes that can be deactivated at any time. This touchscreen electronic deadbolt is compatible with Alexa, Nexia, Ring, Wink, Google Assistant, and Smart Things.

What is the model? BE469ZP or BE468ZP?

No - this is a BE469NX CAM 619. Which means - it is not the Z-Wave Plus version, but the older Z-Wave version. Its less secure. I'm disappointed that Lowes would sell the insecure product to the public.

Do you have the wifi adaptor to make these locks accessible by iphones

This lock does not work with the Schlage Sense WiFi Adapter. The Schlage Connect works with z-wave hubs such as: Wink, Smartthings, IRIS or Nexia

Does this lock work with the WINK system?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for our household Used this lock now for 2 months. No issues, works great. From what I heard, as for battery life, and other issues, it is imperative for all electronic door locks to have perfect bolt-strike alignment. Some have had cold weather problems. I can not confirm or deny this. Not only is ours behind the screen, we have never seen < -10 deg temps ever in Burnaby. Easy and quick install. We have not yet put in internet connectivity but it works just fine stand alone. We question value to us of bluetooth (Sense) or wifi operation for us. No more can't find or mis -placed key anxiety. Can nit pick a few things, like the tight 30 second auto lock, and it sounds a bit loud late at night people sleeping, but maybe that is not all a bad thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work fine, like it Only installed over a week now, it works fine. Easy installation, no problem even though I only installed 2 deadbolts in my life, however the wire is a little bit short and connection to the hub is hard to do, especially for large hands and fingers. The mechanic to lock and unlock is loud. Programming the code is easy and straight forward. It's only com with one key. So far so good, not sure about winter. Some reviewers mentioned there could be problem during the cold season, especially when the temperature drops to -15C. Just have to wait and see. Hope it will be fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1st one was defective. 2nd one is great. I bought my first one a couple of weeks ago and it was a dude. It did not recognize any of the codes. I returned it and got a replacement and it works exactly as promised. I installed it while the weather was -20 or lower. I haven't had any issues due to the cold. The only negative I have is that my door is facing south and when the sun is shining on the door, the numbers are a bit hard to read. I am planning to buy a 2nd and 3rd when I have the money. I would recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great! I have had this lock for a couple of years now. It is great with 3 kids - no more looking for keys. The only complaint I have is the loud motor noise when someone comes home late. It can be heard on the second floor. I have mine set to automatically lock because kids tend to forget to lock the door whenever they go out. I have never had any issues with cold weather; however i do have a screen door.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great deadbolt I have 2 of these. One is on my front door, and the other is on my garage man door. I have a Wink hub paired with them. I have no issues with anything. I have it setup that when I come home, the front door deadbolt unlocks automatically and locks when I leave. My garage is not heated, and it's currently -15C outside and hasn't had any issues. Highly recommend these locks!
