Worst dishwasher on the planet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago and it is already broken and just try and get fidgidaire to send someone who knows what they are doing to try and fix it no they send idiots who can't even figure out how to take the dishwasher out the cabinet I am so stressed out with this and it's been broken for over a month and still no repair man can come and fix it they are supposedly ordering a pressure sensor without even looking at the dishwasher I am so upset with the way we are being forgotten about on a daily basis I will never ever buy fidgidaire again

Perfect Unit For A Small Home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ten years, I'd been hand-washing, because our small bungalow kitchen didn't have a washer. Time came to redo the kitchen and we had a space, but not big enough for a full-size unit. Enter the Frigidaire 18" built-in. Once you get the hang of stacking your particular dishes (it does take some figuring out), it does the job, and does it well. In the first month, I think I've had to re-wash three pieces out of hundreds (and all three were my poor stacking.) Runs quiet - can't hear it in the next room. Would recommend for anyone who wants a full-function dishwasher for a smaller living space.

Had nothing but issues with the unit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had to have it replaced once already, we purchased in January, then had issues with the draining, been waiting on parts for that since for a month and a half. When it was running it ran great. But it has been a nightmare. We’ve only been able to use it for 1 1/2 months out of the 5 months we’ve had it. It looks nice, when the thing works it works great, but it hasn’t been running for us long enough to actually give a fair review of how well it runs regularly bc since we’ve had it, its been broken longer than in service.

Good job on heavy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this item about one month ago. I does a very good job on the heavy setting but not as good on the others. My main complaint is with the control panel as it can't be read without getting down on your knees and getting a flashlight to read the small print on the controls. The print is almost the same color as the background. Unit was easy to install as I did it myself. Good instructions.

Looks nice and cleans great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as an addition to a kitchen remodel. We moved into a fixer upper that didn't have a dishwasher. I didn't want to lose a bunch of cabinet space but I also needed a dishwasher! I was so pleased to find out they made them smaller than the standard so we only had to cut out one cabinet. The dishwasher holds a lot more than its size might suggest. It cleans incredibly well and fast. It is fairly quietly as well. The sleek stainless steel looks beautiful with my other stainless steel appliances. I am pleased with this purchase.

Broken in less than a year
I was happy with this unit but it broke in less than one year.
The circulation pump is broken. Must be a common part to break on this model/unit as I see similar complaints. I called for warranty and they assigned me a repair service in my city. It has been a month and I am
still washing dishes by hand. I waited for a back ordered part but it turned out to be the wrong pump as the repair person made a mistake. I now have to wait for a new part and install date. I would guess I will be doing dishes by hand for another month. Not happy at all with this product and quite honestly a bit surprised to especially based on the price tag and more premium look to this product.

Great machine, especially for the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for about 2 months now and we have a family of 3, but host frequently (usually up to 6 in the house). The smaller width is great for saving space and I was surprised with how much it can hold as well as how well the inside is designed to hold various kitchen items. Certainly don't miss a full size dishwasher. It washes really well on both normal and heavy setting. The display is well organized and easy to use. My only gripe about this dishwasher is that it typically leaves everything still wet at the end of the cycle. Even with the heated dry on, I have to dry the dishes before putting them away. I haven't had this issue with other dishwashers in the past.

Super quiet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine. Cleans everything extremely well, and quietly. The user manual mentions fold-down tines on the lower basket, but my model does not have that feature. My model, does, however, allow the upper basket to be lowered so taller items can be loaded there - which the manual does not mention - - I discovered this on my own.
I run the 1 hour wash cycle without heat dry, nearly every day, and my electric bill has not been noticeably affected.
The only issue is that the rinse aid drains directly out from inside the door, indicating that the dispenser is cracked or otherwise defective. A new one is on order though, so no worries.
