This 800 series stainless steel dishwasher by Bosch is a high quality and indispensable appliance for your kitchen. It operates quietly offering high performance cleaning power with its Power Scrub Plus cycle. The MyWay Rack is a third large rack perfect for bowls or large utensils and the RackMatic® system allows you to adjust the superior rack at 3 height levels for 9 possible rack positions. In case of a leak, the AquaStop® system gathers up water in a bin under the tub and pumps it out, even when the dishwasher is not functioning. It features 6 wash cycles, including the Speed60® cycle for an express wash, and 6 options, including an ExtraDry option and a Sanitize option. This dishwasher is backed by a 1-year limited warranty on the appliance, parts and labour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Timt from works well Replaced a 15yo Bosch diswasher (still working ok'ish but it was time) with this model - this one is nice/well built, noticeably quieter, bigger, washes and dries everything well, 3rd rack is quite nice too. Installation was slightly more complex bc of new hardwire kit with a big plastic box that had to be hidden somewhere, and dishwasher is also heavier than the older model - but these are minor details.

It is a very quiet machine, and does an excellent job cleaning. The third rack is more useful than i expected. We have a lot of little lids to kids cups that would always end up in the bottom of our old washer, the third rack is a perfect place for them.

We are still getting used to the "My Way" 3rd shelf and were a little disappointed when we discovered the "My Way" models are very different from other 3rd drawer options. We were expecting a whole shelf for silverware but that wasn't the case.

It dries really well, the only items that don't get completely dry are plastic items that don't have flat tops. If they can puddle water, it's still going to be wet. Everything else is perfectly dry.

I had a difficult time giving up the quiteness and drying capabilities of the Kitchenaid! Although much more expensive than the 50 Bosch recommended by consumer report, i am quite pleased with the 800 model!
