Yes, there are two versions. I know because I ended up ordering the wrong one, thinking that the handle and hinges could be switched to either side. They can't!

Is this supposed to come with trays and accessories for the freezer? I see them listed in my manual but I did not receive the ice tray, bins, shelf or other items that I see in the quick set up guide.

I absolutely love my new fridge.

Absolutely love my Whirlpool frig/freezer
Upon opening the frig door, I can see everything the is in there....same goes for the freezer drawer. Love that the shelving can be adjusted and cleans easily. The crisper humidity control for fruit & vegetables is awesome. Love the bottom freezer...it is so, so convenient! Versatile
I have always gotten my money’s worth with Whirlpool products and this refrigerator exceeds my expectations. The only disappointment the capacity is a bit less than I was hoping for BUT it is not the design but my choice was limited and had to go with counter depth. On the other hand it has a lot more capacity comparing to other makes of counter depth refrigerators (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Very disappointed with warranty
After about 6 months the fridge door started to develop a crease about a foot long that is becoming a lot more noticeable with time . The crease lines up perfectly with the divider on the inside of the door that runs from top to bottom . My guess without taking the door apart is that the front door panel is attached to the inner panel in this area and over time opening and closing the door it is creating a visible crease on the front panel. Called whirlpool 4 times and talked to manager on the last call. The end result is that any cosmetic defects must be reported within the first 30 days. The problem is this isn’t a cosmetic issue from shipping it’s a cosmetic issue caused by a manufacturing or design fault that took 6 months to show up and whirlpool will not cover it at all . This leaves a pretty bad taste in the mouth of someone who has always bought Whirlpool and Matag products.

Very roomy and robust
It arrived at my home about three weeks ago, and it's been working great. The fridge dimension is almost the same as my old one, but it seems to have more room inside. I was a bit skeptical about the moisture control for the drawers in the refrigerator because it looked too simple, but it's actually working very well. Mushrooms in a paper bag and root vegetables are flesh and dry with low-moisture. Leafy greens and fruits are also fresh with mid-moisture. I found the food lasts longer than before. The basket-style drawer for the freezer has a very good cold air circulation. I can turn the controller down to 3 or even 2.
The only small complaint I have is the refrigerator door doesn't stay in the half-way open position even if I try to open it very gently. It always opens to the max like close to 180 degrees. However, overall, I love my new fridge. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Just what we wanted!
The Whirlpool has met all our expectations. We are renting and the refrigerator that came with the apartment had a top freezer and we were accustomed to a bottom unit -- so we bought our own and had the owner-supplied fridge removed. Quite nice.
The freezer drawer is a good size and has adequate room for what I want to store. The fridge part is a little smaller than the one I had, so will take a little getting used to. The drip proof shelves have too high edges, which cuts down on storage space. The outer design is quite nice and sleek. All in all, I like it. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Satisfactory fridge
Came with my condo. It is good. Keeps things cold or frozen as the case may be. Not too loud. Did have to google how to put the brakes on as it moved forward when you opened it. Crisper drawers do not slide easily had to remove one shelf to make room for milk cartons
Very easy to moveable to clean behind.

Looks elegant in the kitchen.
