Rated 1 out of 5 by Unhappy Customer Mark from Poor quality. No Roma or Bemis customer service I purchased 3 of these seats. Within 3 months the finish was coming off 2 of the seats. Now 2 months later the 3rd seat is failing. It took weeks to get a reply from Rona customer service. They then replied that it was a Bemis issue. I contacted Bemis and they laughed and referred me back to Rona. Do not purchase this product. And I question dealing with both companies. If I could have given a no star rating I would have.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Golfman from Who would use this feature? I took this back after one day as it kept popping up as if I was going to remove it for cleaning. Tabs were reefed down and the locks were secure yet kept popping up! Poor design.
