How many 30kg bads of concrete mix would be needed given a 10" tube is used and 4ft into the ground?

Math is your friend. A bag of concrete is about 1 cubic foot. The description says the form is 3.5 cubic feet in volume. The formula for the volume of a cylinder is pi x r^2 x h = 2.54 cubic feet (10" tube @ 4 ft deep) 3.5+2.54 = 6.04 cubic feet. You'll need 6 bags of concrete. I'd get 7 bags just to be safe.

For residential footings, how many feet apart should the Bigfoot sonotubes be?

It depends on how many stories the house is, and whether its brick or siding, I would say for a bungalow every 6 feet

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy! I had first bought a 24" Redibase to use with a 12" dia QuikTube form, and as soon as I slid it over my tube, two of the tabs broke off that you're supposed to duct tape to the tube, making it unusable. I then bought one of these, and the difference is like night and day! These are WAY more sturdy than the Redibase, since you slide the tube down onto the rings to make a snug fit, and then secure it with 3 one inch screws thru the tube and base, evenly spaced around the circumference. The only drawback is it's bigger around (29.5 vs 24" dia) and taller (15 vs 8"), but that also makes it able to support a heavier load. Picture below shows Bigfoot on the left of the Redibase with same size tube in both.
