Lacks the primary purpose!
OK, so you buy a faucet to run water right? Well if your answer is yes, then you better think twice about buying this highly disappointing piece. I will commend Moen for an easy install but what difference does it make when the water flow is so slow you can go out and mow your lawn while waiting to fill a pot of water. A call to customer service revealed the fact that there are many complaints regarding this issue, but according to CS, federal and state conservation laws have forced them into this situation. The spray head is not manipulatable so you cant even make it right by removing the restrictors. Sorry for the ugly but a fact is a fact.

Count me mad! from
Beware!
I purchased this lovely looking faucet less than 3 months ago – and had the faucet handle break off in the past few days. This product is being used in a single-person household – female and over 50, and it broke off while I was running the water. Long story short, is I ended up with almost a $300 repair bill (with me having to contact Moen and obtaining the replacement parts). So, I can emphatically state that I am less than happy. I certainly wouldn't have expected with professional installation, that this piece of junk would fall apart in less than 3 months. We aren't talking about a $50 faucet, but one that is almost $250! Very, very disappointing.

I wouldn't recommend this specific faucet, bought it 2 years ago: "Anabelle", even-though you will likely have the same problems with any pull down faucet under this brand.
It starts leaking around the handle. Three months ago I tighten the nut with a wrench, but the leak came back.
The handle gets loose and the leak problem starts right away, being used by one person in the kitchen not that we have heavy traffic or over used the faucet; it was set up by a professional plumber under Lowe's customer service. It won't last you. I wouldn't buy this brand again.
I used to trust this brand for many years ago of great faucets but not anymore.

Going back to Lowes!
Purchased this faucet exactly one month ago yesterday and installed about 3 weeks ago. Loved the look of it and the features, HOWEVER, the Max Water Flow at 1.5 is terrible! It has decreased the water flow in my kitchen sink by AT LEAST 50%. By reading several other reviews, I see that others experienced the same problem with this faucet. Wish I had read those reviews before making this purchase, but you can bet I will do lots of research before making the next purchase!. I definately will not purchase another Moen faucet, but will look at Delta or Kohler. I was just sure that Moen had a good product, especially at this price point! Very disappointed!

Excellent faucet at a really good price.
I rennovated my kitchen about 9 months ago and originally purchased a high-end faucet (costing 3 to 4 times what the Anabelle costs) that I absolutely LOVED, until we installed it and it didn't work. I bought this as a replacement and have been incredibly happy with it. It's not the piece of art I originally wanted, but it is sleek, classic, and heavy and it works perfectly. Easy to keep clean, easy to use. No leaks. I've just bought a second home and I'm strongly considering purchasing this same faucet for a re-do of that kitchen, too. Beyond function, it is definitely a transitional piece that can go classic, Country French, Victorian, or modern.

Looks great - deceivingly so
We purchased this faucet 3.5 years ago when we built our house. I loved the way it looked and I really liked the way it functioned....initially. It didn't take long before I discovered that the spray was rather weak. Then I noticed it getting clogged really easily. Now, in the past month I have been using the pull out feature when it snaps and retracts back into my cabinet and sprays water everywhere - 3 TIMES! Today when it happened I got it put back together again and there is a leak in the connection. Ugh! This is not the most expensive faucet out there, but it isn't cheap, either. I'm very disappointed to have to replace a $200+ faucet just a mere 3.5 years after purchasing it.

Good Faucet
We purchased this to replace an old but solid faucet that lasted 14 years. This faucet looks great & seems to work just fine, but does not seem as solidly built as the one it replaced. I hope it lasts for a few years. I installed it myself (~30 min), the installation was quite simple - almost plug and play, assuming installer has basic skills operating tools (wrenches/screwdriver). My wife helped during install, but 1 person can do it. Also, I think I need to use some sort of wax to preserve the finish, even though it "resists" spots, it is not completely "spot-proof". Overall, I like the faucet and certainly would recommend it.

biggest Disapoitment in the kitchen
After deciding to change to a stainless finish we changed out a good old moen with this new one, after 6 months the plumber has been back to change the cartiage and cant help with the broken soap dispencer, The model get cloged very easy with out hard water,it sprays all over being so high and the spray feature is like a light rain instead of a powerful stream ,Very disapointed in buying what was sold as a top of the line facuet to find so many flauts ,the nozzel on the soap dispencer shoots off when the soap gets pressure, soap comes out the bottom as well as the top , pure junk, but looks great in the display!
