Rated 2 out of 5 by Waterboy98 from Does pump water, not much pressure I just got this pump and the setup for it is very easy. It is also super quiet (I mean it's submerged in water so that's going to soften noise for most things), so if you are like me and want to water your lawn or garden early in the morning there is no worries about waking anyone. This doesn't have the type of power I was hoping for, it's not powerful enough to run a sprinkler, but with a hose and nozzle it can do the job. I attached mine to a 50ft hose and was able to still get water to that maximum distance. I'm a little uncertain if I actually got the 1350 gal./h one as my instructions said for the 500 gal./h one, but I sort of assumed that's due to it being the same setup, but with the power output I was hoping for more. So really it does pump out water and for smaller jobs it does the trick, but if you were hoping to hook it up to a sprinkler I'd look elsewhere.
