We purchased this machine last winter. It did a great job clearing the snow!! This winter with all the snow , when we tried to start it up it just kept trying to start but wouldn’t engage. Can you please give us some info on what we can do to start it?
Could be that your gas went stale. This did happen to me, I was using reg gas so I drained the gas filled up with hi octane gas and I have had no problem since.

Cub Cadet web site shows this model as having heated grips, but your site says it does not. Can you check on that please?
i think it's the cub cadet 26 inch 3 stage that has the heated handles I ordered that one last year but cancelled the order and just ordered the 24 inch which does not have the heated handles

How do I find out what is included in the box? For example is a power cord included to connect the electric start to a 120V receptacle?
Any standard 120v extension cord will work fine.

Thank you for your question. The Kit to add heated grips for this specific model is #753-08824. Is the oil included in shipping?
Yes. It was fully installed by Lowes. However it took 10 days to pick up.
This machine is too powerful for City driveways.

Works as expected
My neighbour hired a company to do her snow removal and they use the Cub Cadet line of products. I started my research and decided on a 24" 3 stage unit. I've seen other brands in action and they all seem to do a great job. Lowe's had a sale on this one so the cost won out. I also figured that if it was a line used by a professional to earn a living it can't be that bad. I've used it 4 times and it's been great, I really like the electric start option. Being able to direct the chute while moving is a bonus. The trigger steering system is also a handy feature. The 24" size was chosen in hopes it will be easier to store off season in the garage.

Great machine
Bought this couple of days ago and picked up yesterday. Used it today, required a bit of oil, wasn’t topped off. At first starting decided on using the electrical start, it was -28 outside, started after a few tries with a few pumping of gas. Noticed a leak of fuel during time of manually turning it over without starting to get the oil moved around. I’ll have to check the fuel hose to make sure it’s set properly and not cracked.
Thru the snow with no problem, packed snow and new, no difference. The power steering works great.
Would like to see the ability to extend the control panel up by another 8 or more inches if you needed to.

This machine is a beast
Bought this on clearance the other day before a big snowfall. my driveway is about 150 ft with nowhere to blow but the front lawn. This thing has more than enough power to handle snow as high as the front intake, even if its packed down and a bit icy, you just have to keep it in the low gear and go slow. Otherwise you can go right to gear 6. Lights are super bright on it as well. Can't speak to the long term durability yet but i can say that i did not have the same experience as those who said their machine cracked and started leaking oil after half an hour of use (thank goodness). With the power start worked off stored power from a battery instead of just a power outlet, but really not a big deal.

A powerful and sturdy machine.
I bought this machine a couple of weeks ago and have already used it a number of times. We had a snowfall of over 30cm and even with the plowed in heavier snow at the end of the driveway(1m). With the 3 stages it cut through it like a hot knife through butter. Very happy with the purchase

A real workhorse!
I bought this snowblower a couple weeks ago and since used it twice. So far, I am very impressed! This snowblower cuts through large windrows and heavy snow with no trouble at all! It throws snow a great distance. I am also impressed with the steering controls, which makes blowing snow almost effortless. I am looking forward to easily moving snow all winter long here in snowy Northern Ontario. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!

Piece of junk, save your money
Bought this with high expectations from cub cadet, sadly disapppointed. Barely moves light fluffy snow, what it does throw only goes about 10 feet. The 3rd stage auger at the front just pushes the snow out the sides and you have to do the same section multiple times only to finally clean it up with a shovel. The reverse is slower than a dead turtle. Without chains it spins everywhere. Forget about moving any amount of snow if its slightly damp, it just pushes it around like a plow. I can move more snow and do a better job with my leaf blower. Will never buy a cub cadet product again.

Excellent Machine
Second winter coming up using this machine...Replaced my old Craftsman of 12 years last winter as the motor had seized. I was very pleased with the Cub Cadet and experienced no problems whatsoever...The 3 stage system really moved the snow much faster even the wet stuff...Love it...Highly recommend...

Working Well!!
I bought this snow blower on-line for pick-up at a Lowe's store approximately a 1 hour drive from my home. The Lowe's web site advertised free assembly. I borrowed a wheel chair van thinking I would be able to drive the assembled snow blower into the van. When I arrived at the store the snow blower was not assembled and I was told there was a box I should have checked off during the on-line check-out process. The store personnel loaded the snow blower in it's box/crate into my van. The snow blower was not that difficult to assemble, the handle had to be extended into position and the chute had to be assembled. There were 4 different sets of assembly instructions for the chute and none seemed to be for the snow blower I had purchased. I was able to figure it out on my own.
The snow blower started on the second pull and did a very effective job of blowing the snow off of my driveway, including a 3 foot pile at the end of the driveway left from the snow plow. I had to adjust the chute as I was blowing snow across my yard and into my neighbors driveway. I have used it two other times since then. The only disappointment is, a power cord for the electric start is not included. I will need to buy a cord to connect the electric start to a power receptacle.
