I had this toilet delivered by Rona and installed it myself in about 2.5 hours (including removal of the existing toilet). Very easy - just follow the Rona tutorial.

Another Super Flush
I waited for another sale and one showed up AT 15% off, so I bought one for the other bathroom after installing the same model a few days earlier. I chose this model because it is a little lower than a Kohler brand but still the new comfort height. This unit was short one tank fastening grommet so it was fortunate that Rona had another unit in stock to supply the missing part, otherwise I would have been down one toilet for who knows how long! Check all the parts bags before removing the old toilet.

Would've been excellent if it had soft close seats
I bought this at $100 discount. Great eco options and looks. I would have given it a 5 rating, but i realized after getting it installed that it did not come with soft close toilet seat.
If soft close is a priority for you ( I thought its the norm nowadays!) dont buy this especially at $269!! .. IF its not, this is a good choice.

A little high unless you're at least 6' tall but overall it's good. I ha a seat from another lower height toilet and traded the seats. Now It's a little lower and it's perfect. The push button flush is great. So much better than a lever. Install a new toilet and feel you're on holiday! I was going to buy a second one but the sale price was over so I'll wait.

terrible customer service and defective product.
I bought 2 of these toilets and had both of them installed at the same time, about 3 months ago. The toilet its self is pretty good all in all . It has almost everything except the soft close lid which is fine. I do have 2 issues with it, the first being the manual that is sent with the toilet is not the manual for the toilet. Trying to set up and adjust the dual flush setting was a trial and error event because the pictures and setting values in the manual were not what was on the flush valve its self. Very frustrating and annoying. My second issue which is really my biggest issue ( and ongoing ) is that being an American Standard toilet, a good name ( or so I thought ) I thought I was buying a quality product. The second toilet which was installed at the same time as the first has being leaking ever since it was installed. It has a super slow and small leak, invisible to the eye and once the tank goes below the float line the bowl refills. It happens randomly and often. Its so subtle that you can't see the water entering the toilet bowl, all i could do was take off the tank lid and check every so often as the water line slowly dropped below what the water line should have been at, then once the float was low enough listen to the taunting sound of the bowl refilling to the suppose to be water line. I called warranty about it and at first they sent me a new flush valve seal as there was no water leaking outside of the toilet so it could only leak through the flush valve into the bowl but this did not solve the problem. More of an issue was that I called May 7th for the seal and it took over 3 weeks to get the piece in the mail. After waiting and observing and listening to see if this had stopped the slow leak I was even more upset to hear my toilet bowl refilling again and again. I again called warranty to talk to someone about having a whole flush valve shipped out and now still after 5 weeks later I am listening to my toilet refill constantly still waiting for the part to come on. Talk about terrible customer service, if this toilet ever gets fixed I am sure i will never be buying another American standard toilet ever again and i will be repeating this story over and over again. Two thumbs down.
