What is a gift card? |
A RONA gift card is a plastic card with a magnetic stripe. The card has no monetary value unless activated by RONA Inc. or by an authorized retailer. When purchased
in-store, the gift card can be activated for an amount raging from $10 to $500. When purchased on rona.ca, the gift card can be activated for an amount of $25, $50 or $100. The gift card is redeemable upon the purchase of taxable goods and services at all participating RONA retailers. Please note that it is not accepted as a means of payment for orders made on rona.ca.

What are the terms and conditions related to use of the RONA gift card? |
- The gift card can be used to its total value to pay for your purchases at all RONA, Réno-Dépôt, Totem Building Supplies and Botanix authorized and participating retailers.
- The activation and use of the gift card shall mean the acceptance of the following terms and conditions: the gift card is in Canadian dollars, only redeemable upon the purchase of taxable goods and services, cannot be converted into cash, is non-refundable and cannot be used to make payments on a credit account, credit card account, house account or other.
- The gift card will expire 36 months after its activation date. Upon expiry, the remaining balance will not be refundable.
- RONA Inc., the authorized retailers and the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec shall not be responsible for the replacement or acceptance of this card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
- The gift card has no monetary value unless activated by RONA Inc. or by an authorized retailer.
- The above terms and conditions may be changed at any time by RONA Inc.
